A trade that started in a London builder's yard.
VPR Limited was born out of necessity. Facing a London housing market that priced him out of every standard route to ownership, Vincent Roffey decided to build instead of buy — taking on his own renovations from the ground up while living in them. He learned every trade through direct, first-principles experience.
The mantra that emerged from that experience — eliminate inefficiency — became the operating philosophy. Standard British construction culture is defined by low momentum and excessive downtime; Vincent's hand-picked crews, many trained in the high-speed Chinese construction market, work with a different urgency.
VPR-RSJ Beams applies the same standard to steel supply. Specifying, cutting, drilling and delivering RSJs is the most logistically painful step of any extension — so we made it the most reliable. One yard, one number, one accountable partner.
